Do I need an account to write the draft?

No. The analysis, the full draft, copying it and downloading it as a Word file all work without an account. The free account is needed only to save the agreement and edit it clause by clause, run the full fairness analysis, share it with the other party, and track its obligations and payments with reminders.

Is the draft legal advice or a notarized contract?

No. Treaty organizes a private two-party agreement and drafts clear initial clauses; it gives no legal advice and does not notarize the contract. High-risk agreements such as property, shares or formal employment are flagged for review with an expert or the relevant authority.
