Refund Policy
We stand behind what we deliver. The following applies to refunds for purchases via Zayenha Hub.
The 72-Hour Guarantee
Every one-time purchase (agreement, fairness report, agreement review, negotiation room, expert review, lawyer brief) is covered for 72 hours from purchase — a full, unconditional refund, even if you used the product in full. You keep your result; the price is returned.
One refund per account per product for the lifetime of the account. A reason is optional and never blocks the request — but it helps us improve.
The free plan
Your first free agreement was never paid for, so there is nothing to refund — it remains yours and exportable indefinitely, whether or not you later use the guarantee on a paid purchase.
How to request & processing
Request a refund directly from the Zayenha Hub dashboard (the “Request a refund” button on your Treaty account page takes you there) — the product’s credit stops the moment the Hub confirms the refund, and the amount returns to the original payment method within 7–14 days. Questions: z@zayenha.com.
Subscriptions & VAT
You may cancel a subscription anytime with no charge for the next cycle; no pro-rata refund for the current cycle — the guarantee above applies to one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Refunds are VAT-inclusive as paid.
