Is Treaty a lawyer replacement?
No. It is an organizing and initial-drafting tool; it provides no legal advice and is not a substitute for an expert in high-risk agreements.
Does it guarantee enforceability?
No. Enforceability depends on jurisdiction and circumstances and usually needs expert review.
What does "high-risk" mean?
Agreements touching property, shares, inheritance, marriage, or large sums — always review these with an expert.
What is the free plan?
Free forever, no expiry date: one agreement — either created or imported for review, both drawing on the same quota — with its fairness analysis, obligation tracking, export, and signature, plus a limited number of AI assistant calls. The library and encyclopedia are always open. The exact figures are shown on the pricing page. Once your quota is used, your next agreement needs a subscription or a one-time purchase — but the first one stays exportable, yours, forever.
Can I export my agreements?
Yes: PDF, JSON, CSV, and an .ics calendar, with full PDPL data export.
How do I share an agreement?
Generate a read-only link with an expiry that you can revoke; your sharing consent is logged per privacy.
Can I delete my data?
Yes, full deletion is available via the Data Deletion page or by contacting us.
How does pricing work?
One complete agreement free forever to start (no expiry date), then one-time purchases when needed, or monthly subscriptions for individuals, pros, and teams.
What languages are supported?
Arabic and English with full parity and genuine RTL support.
What if I disagree with a fairness indicator?
The indicator is a mirror, not a verdict; use it as a starting point, adjust as you see fit, and consult an expert on important calls.

How are you different from general AI tools?
General tools are built to answer any question, so their answers are reasonable but generic, and they change every time. Treaty is built for one field, agreements: its method is defined, its criteria were prepared and reviewed to specialist standards, and the AI inside it works within that frame, not outside it. You get consistent, well-founded results, and you can track their commitments over time.
Why not draft with a general tool?
A general tool writes text. Treaty checks its fairness, brings both parties together to negotiate and sign, and follows the delivery afterwards.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. What you write is used only to deliver your service and is never used to train any public model. We don't sell or share your data, and you can delete it whenever you choose.
