Data Deletion

You have the full right to delete your data under the PDPL.

How to request deletion

Fastest: sign in and use the "Delete my data now" panel at the bottom of this page — it runs immediately, with no waiting.

If you cannot sign in, email z@zayenha.com from your registered address requesting deletion. We verify your identity then complete within 30 days.

Beforehand you can download a complete copy of your data from the same panel — your right of access is guaranteed alongside your right to erasure.

What is deleted and retained

Your agreements, attachments, and contact data are deleted. We may retain an anonymized audit record to the extent required by law (e.g., invoices).
